Course Information

This is the first step in the RYA’s Fastfwd coaching scheme and will build on your previous skills to make your windsurfing faster and more fluid. You’ll try new windsurfing techniques such as beach starts and receive an introduction to harness work to get you ready to start blasting.

The content of the course will depend on the weather conditions and the individuals needs. To part take on this course you should be able to sail on all points of sailing in light winds.
